How Many Status’ Do You Update?
There is an abundance of social networking sites on the net.
Even further, many of them incorporate some sort of status update to keep your online social clique in queue with what you’re up to. But if one has a Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc., how can one update and/or manage them on the fly?
hellotxt is a free online service that allows users to update status’ instantly through one source. Sign up for an account, and hellotxt will save which services you frequently update, as well as give a social time line across the different networks. Just type in a status, and check the social network to update:

- Brightkite (a personal fav)
- Plurk
- …and many others for registered users.
Bonus feature: Those with mobile Internet and a registered account can use a mobile version of the site. No mobile Internet? No problem, status’ can also be updated via text message.
